The following are available as breakout sessions and as ½, full or multi-day workshops for organizations, entrepreneurs and business owners. They are designed to support the primary concepts in Liz’s keynote, but are also powerful as stand-alone programs.
All programs can be customized to your needs.
1. Dancing As Fast As You Can? Practical Ways to Get Out of Overwhelm and Start Having Fun Again.

No matter what situation you are in, you have a lot more control than you think. In this workshop you will learn to let go of the things that have no control over and put your attention instead on all the things you can do to increase your energy, productivity and creativity.
- Find out if you are an adrenaline junkie, and if so, what to do about it.
- Gain insights into the Pictures Of Reality that are holding you back and learn a simple process to change them.
- Learn practical things you can do on a day-to-day basis (even at work) to decrease stress and to renew your body, mind and spirit.
- Understand how to take advantage of the recent breakthroughs in brain science to reprogram your brain and therefore change how you think, feel and act.
- Turn obstacles on your path into stepping stones.

2. Step It Up! Get Bigger About Who You Are

When you believe in yourself, anything is possible. Yet instead of focusing on our strengths we are often taught to develop our weaknesses. No wonder we become our own worst critics.
Your self image is your blueprint for success and will determine every aspect of your life. It can create a life of ease and joy, or limitation and struggle. One of our biggest challenges in awakening to our brilliance is to move beyond our own self-doubt and judgment.
In this workshop we will explore:
- How your self image influences your success (or failure).
- How to recognize and move beyond limiting self beliefs.
- Practical tools to improve self esteem and unlock your greatest potential.

Participants will discover:
- What personal style is and how it influences them.
- Insights to their own inherent personal style.
- A greater understanding of their unique strengths and potential difficulties.
- The ways in which they typically react to stress and pressure, and strategies to compensate for that.
- How to interact with others more effectively.
- Strategies to build their personal and professional life around their natural strengths.
Each participant will be invited to take the Personal Style Indicator, a scientifically developed learning and communication instrument.
This workshop will assist participants in having:
- Greater self-understanding and self-acceptance
- Increased appreciation and acceptance of others
- Awareness of the effect their personal style has on the way they relate with others

4. Your Life Dance

We each have something unique to share with the world, and doing so will lead to us being more vibrant, dynamic and joyful in all areas of our lives. Knowing what your life purpose is, and engaging the journey to fully manifest it will take your life from ordinary to extraordinary.
Especially when the floor is rocking in your life, being able to articulate your life purpose will guide you to greater focus, clarity and joy. Living your purpose will bring wonderful and unexpected opportunities and synchronistic events into your life.

5. Living From Your Core
(Motivation, Dealing with Change, Communication)
According to research over 80% of the working population dislike their jobs, from mild irritation to downright loathing. Often it is because they do not know themselves well enough to know what situations would be best for them.
Hopefully there will be many things that are important to you in life, but when it comes to your values…. They’re an integral part of who you are. If you did not have the values that you have, your entire attitude to life would be different.
When you are clear about your values and integrate them into your life both personally and professionally, it becomes easier to deal with the inevitable challenges that we all have to face. Yet most people are unclear as to what their values actually are.
Knowing your core values is the first step. The second step is to organize your personal or professional life around these things so that you give them the time and the energy that they deserve. The third step is recognizing the values and needs of others.
In this workshop participants will:
- Identify the values that are most important to them and learn why.
- Experience a powerful process to prioritize their values.
- Understand the ways in which all interpersonal relationships are affected by their values.
- Create a road map to help them make values-based decisions and more intentional life choices.
